Is Retaily cloud-based?
Yes. Retaily runs in the cloud: every sale syncs as it happens, so stock, customers and reports match across every till and store, and you can check them from your phone.
Does Retaily work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Retaily has an offline backup. If the connection drops, the till keeps selling, and sales, wallet top-ups and points are held on the device until you’re back online, then sync automatically.

Does Retaily include a loyalty program?
Yes. Retaily has a built-in tiered loyalty program from Bronze to VIP with custom point multipliers. Customers tap an NFC membership card, printed with your logo, to earn and redeem, and you see their tier and points right at checkout.
How much does Retaily cost?
R1,000 per till per month for one or two tills, with every feature included and no contracts. Three or more tills, or several stores? We quote one monthly price for the whole business. Hardware is quoted with your setup, and we never take a cut of your sales.
How long does setup take?
